The only 2 other things that I see are the adjustable retention screws, but with this holster, the retention comes more from the thing being pressed against your body than from the tightness of the kydex. The only other thing that I see is the 49 position adjustments. I really can't (no pun intended) imagine the need for that many settings.
It seems like it could be a pretty good deal.
