That is not a Rat Rod...flat paint does not make a Rat....I HotRod in my alternate life...a Rat Rod is rusty/visibly patched/a conglomeration of parts that may-may not belong together esthetically etc...
That fine looking flat black Porsche is a 'Traditional Rod'....
