I expect to see alot more mods, like this one, as the prices of the older 911's continue to decline.

This reminds me of many of the posts you will find on the 951 board. Why? 951 are cheap initial investments, and a great platform for creativity. Older(non-concourse) 911's are beginning to reach the inexpensive initial investment stage. What a great platform to begin with!

What was that old Porsche quote... something like 'I couldn't find the car I wanted so I built it'.

This mod is not for me, but I enjoy(applaud) creativity and new approaches taken.
