Hmm both encouraging and disturbing. From their quick refund, you know its an issue they must be encountering quite often. Not sure what to think about Amazon and it attention to authenticity. I see many comment in the review sections about warranties being honored when purchased there. I saw that when I ordered a Escort radar detector. That being said, I am writing this on a new Asus laptop I just got this week from Amazon. It was hard to find it anywhere else.
