Tru-Gas in our cars

I've done a search and have been unsuccessful. I'm considering picking up a case of Tru-Gas from the local hardware store and mixing it in with normal fill-ups for my car and motorcycle.

It's supposed to be 92-Octane and have ZERO Ethanol. In CA since there are no Ethanol-free pumps available to the public, what are the positives and negatives of using this as a supplement?

Positives I could imagine would be slightly improved fuel economy and more potential energy from the fuel.

Negatives... Emissions?

The stuff is cheaper than most Octane boosters off-the-shelf at the FLAPs.
