Couple $50 1000lb engine stands.... extend the mast.... reinforce it into A shape .... join them with some long steel tubing. Check your local metal recycling bin for free scrap
If you want to get crazy (extra ~$20).... put a locking hand winch on each end with some high strength eyelets and you have infinite locking positions.
