I installed 3 point belts in my SC this summer, it's not too difficult, drilling the holes for the munting bolts is the hard part. I used a good right angle drill and took it slow. You also need to cut slots in the rear deck, I picked up some stock plastic filler parts and fit them into the slots, it turned out pretty well.
