I am working on an image right now that is the standard scan. It is 19,678 x 19,046 pixels. It is a standard aerial negative on 9 inch film. We scan it at 12 microns or 2116 PPI. It is 1.06 GB. I am doing some standard Photoshop image color correction to make it look better. Right now the scratch disk size is 10.6 GB. I still am using my old computer because this image needs to be done this morning. I really can't wait to try this on the new system.
