Made in China and I believe they are a copy of R&R rods or Carillos. I looked at them when I was rebuilding my engine awhile back. By looked I mean I asked the seller about them. I didn't actually have them in hand to look at them.
I didn't buy them and stuck with my old Pauters. Glad I did. I think they saved me from throwing a rod when my engine had a problem recently.
