There are some conflicting accounts of where exactly he fell from, (roof or wall), and one story has him climbing a wall to get to the two guys that he was assaulting again. If they were on the top of a retaining wall and one of them kicked him in the head as he was coming up, they would be perfectly justified, IMO. Self-defense.
If that's what happened and no one is saying, that's a pretty good wall of silence so far. I think he just fell.
