I have been trying to measure the taper using ball bearings , a height gauge and some trig.
I think that the lower diameter is 10.85 mm and the upper diameter is 11.9 mm but I am not 100% confident.
If these numbers are correct then the included angle is 7 degrees.
My concern is that 7 degrees is the half angle and I am just nervous about getting it wrong.
