Maybe Mercedes is ready to pull it all together and make this move look inspired. On the other hand he may come to realize that his lack of appreciation and loyalty have led him down the wrong path.
I really did enjoy his flashes of brilliance as a racer when he first came up to F 1, But his poor attitude has turned me off over the last couple of seasons.
Now if the Perez going to McLaren twist plays out, that could be some fun to watch. Bet Perez can't believe his luck to have that seat open to him.

FYI, Mercedes is doing a restructure, its management style is changing, and they have more funding. They may have been hobbled the past few years by corporate blah from Mercedes. If that was the case, they will be very fierce in the next few years...
