If you're doing some track days along with driving it on the street then 964 cams would be alot more fun.
They keep pulling to 7000 smoothly.

They have the same CIS 113 degree lobe seperation angle that SC cams use so there's not much overlap and they idle smooth but they have more lift and duration for more cylinder filling under boost so the motor makes more power at higher rpms with them.

They get timed at 1.26mm lift at TDC overlap for all around use but you can retard or advance them a little to adjust the powerband if you want.
