Milt, I'm starting to think that you've never watched the show. Are you thinking of "Pimp My Ride"? Foose does a good job of providing what his customer wants. If the customer was a grumpy old fart that wanted a stock resto, he would do just that.
I've never seen an episode where he goes against what the family wants.
