I just wanted to say a couple of things about this forum. Getting a little sentimental about stuff as I go thru my deceased mother's belongings with my sister in the UK.
Some things come to mind about this forum. Even tho you participate in this forum you still have a
life as long as you have quality subject matter to discuss on this forum. These are words of appreciation from myself as to the quality of advice I have received on the following subjects: treatment of my tenant moving out,
fixing up my deck to meet building code, helping my neighbor get satisfaction over his leaky Ford Ranger. Overall you guys rock. Thanks again. If I get kicked off the forum once in a while it is for good reason.LOL
