Any of you guys used an online service to incorporate?
Thinking of starting up another corporation for our rental house biz. Have always used attorney in past. What we are doing seems pretty cookie cutter, and simple, just forming an LLC. Looks as if I can do it online for $150.00, and a little bit of my time.
Anything I should be watching out for?
