I would like to know how difficult it would be to swap a 2.7 for a 3.2?

I'm considering the purchase of a 74 with the 2.7 (CIS converted to carbs?)

Has anyone experience with this and can offer an opinion?

Should I even consider doing it, are there any advantages to keeping the 2.7 with a Zenith carb set-up? I have heard stories of heat affecting various metal components and head studs pulling etc etc etc?
