I have rarely if ever had a fade problem, but my 3.2 is 2500 lbs.
Brakes are stock, lines are stn stl on rears and new oe on front.
I would bleed those lines well first, then duct.
Could be driving style, i tend to consider the car to the point of being on the slow side..
