Let's say you know a person's name and date of birth. If you give that info to a Private Investigator, can you *legally* get this information:

All names used by the person (legal or otherwise).

Criminal court history, and civil court history.

Credit record, including all bankruptcies.

All marriages and divorces, and if the spouses are still living.

Number of children, and approximate ages of those children.
