I had trouble with boiling fluid for my first few DE's. What worked for me was:

Carrera front brakes (thicker rotors)
Motul 600 (fresh for each event)
Removed rotor baking plates
993 air diverter scoops
Experience!

I can now get through a weekend without boiling fluid. Now my problem is transferring too much pad material onto the rotors. I'm using Ferodo DS2500 pads, which last about 2 weekends. I think I'm going to switch to PFC next time to see if that helps.

Also, I still cook the dust boots on the rear calipers after one to two events.
