Tab Tanner drove up to our house from Findlay, OH yesterday to take me on the local Porsche club "Fall Color Tour". Tab drove 500 miles (total, round trip) and it rained the entire day but we had fun and it was great spending time with my buddy, driving along the countryside in an old 911.

How many people do you know that would do that for a friend? Tab gave up his Saturday to take me on the drive and we had a nice lunch, even though the rain was relentless and it was cold (low 50's). I haven't been to a Porsche event in 2 years, since I sold Helga, but the club members were very welcoming and friendly. A very nice, albeit wet day!
