You need to drill a hole in the area at the extreme left bottom of the rear seat vertical base near the pan to run the control harness to the ECU, which sits under the driver's seat. There's also a little work needed to adapt the 14-pin engine compartment connector in your current chassis to the 3.2 engine harness.
