^^ well I'm not too polite to offer a high five on a great deal, is that complete with rig and sails, turn key so to say? Does it have a self bailing cockpit? SWEET!
I'd look into a sliding tung trailer to help launch the full keel depth.
What repair projects do you see needed?
Sounds like your wife will be happy with it once she is underway.
