1. You had 3 nuts to tighten the fan into the housing, possibly not equally tight.
2/ Fuel leaking is standard problem on the Carrera. I ll take a picture later and include all the possible leaks.
3 You might be filled with gas in a cylinder, pull the plugs and see if it turns then.
4 You shouldnt hear the fuel pump running when youre starting the engine. The relay under the seat controls the fuel pump circuit.
5/ A lot of the Carrera starters have 2 attachment points possible with the 5mm screw, try the second further out point.
