Anyone here actually happy with the service they get from their brick and mortar bank?

Before you all pile on with "join a credit union" I am already looking into that, however I already do some financing with USAA and not sure a CU can beat them.

Yes I am old school and do like having a building I can walk into and talk to a real person.

I was with Genfed that got taken by Calfed that got taken by Citibank, out of just plain laziness still have my main account with them.

My plan is to consolidate my accounts/credit cards, between wife and I we have at least six accounts, would like to get to half of that.

So anyone working with a bank they like? Or is that an oxymoron?
