This in my problem, I have dealt with Citi and Chase and they act like they are doing you a favor by letting them handle your money... wife is with US bank, I am ambivalent with them most because I have had limited exposure.

Daughter is in Eugene and we are in Los Angeles so looking for a bank that has branches all over the states... or at least the west coast.
