Wells is OK if you have a good branch/advisor, especially if you're small biz. If you've got a bad one, they're terrible.
They're also better the more you've got in the bank. I've spent time living check to check (ah, the glorious income of a photographer), and Wells likes to rearrange your deposits so that charges will hit first and overdraft you - they'll actually pull stuff you've seen post on your statement, sit on it for a few days, and put it back.
If you're not broke that's not so much of an issue, though.
