Bruce, it was exactly as you said.

Both ends of the fuel line where leaking at the regulators and the u shaped line was also leaking.

The fan was exactly what you said. I did not have the alternator seated in the housing.

I pulled the plugs and turned the engine with the fan. I will turn it over with the starter tomorrow and build oil pressure.

If all goes well I will start it tomorrow.
