Around $20-22K, I would think. [assuming great rustfree chassis] If it were mine, the '71 S engine would be offered up to complete a '71S missing its power plant (I know of one, and I believe somebody has a WTB on Early S). A stock engine could go back in (T values are not hit as hard by non-matching, but type-matching engines). And with a proper 2.4 T engine, I think you'd be at about the same valuation.
