It's a cool story, but it's interesting that another story -- of the uncle who shot the 8 year-old girl dressed as a skunk for Halloween because he thought she was... wait for it... a skunk -- didn't get put up here.
And by the way, Kennesaw GA isn't a particularly safe place just because everyone has a gun. 4 people were shot in Jan '10 there; 2 died.
Not much balance in the Pelican community on the pluses and minuses of arming everyone...
