No we don't use the term FFL. All our licences are federal. We have PL & PAL for Possession Licence and Possession & Acquisition Licence. They cover non-restricted firearms (long guns). You need a PL to own rifles and buy ammo for them. You don't need one to buy primers, cases, powder or bullets. So you can load all the ammo you want without one. Then there is a restricted fireams licence (hand guns) and a prohibited licence (almost impossible to get now) for collectors. Most are grandfathered only. CCW's are very few and far between. Most CCW's are work related and are actually open carried weapons (CW).
