A lot of the parts are in (bolts, gaskets, a sensor here, a few brake lines there...):
New lenses for the headlights:
New Momo steering wheel... center horn button with Porsche crest... 911 in chrome and black (need to decide which one I go with)... and my son likes dragon, so we got a dragon chrome piece for the car (got to have fun with my son as, eventually, this will be his car)
