Mileage, mileage, mileage. Same car with the usual 90-125k mi but still in excellent condition is worth a good $10K less than this one is likely to be.
I always knew this day was coming though didn't think it would be so soon. In the long haul anything air cooled will be collectible, even 74-77s and 964s. At the same time there are hills and valleys. 74-77s and 964s are valleys and 3.2 Carreras with G50s and 993s are peaks.
