flesh wounds can have different effects when they are made to the head - it is where ye ol' brain resides

the things I listed are common indicators of injury to the brain (if you do experience projectile vomiting, try to hit an ER nurse -- some of them are extremely agile, based on experience no doubt)

the cosmetics are no biggie - by the time it shows much you'll be bald
