I emailed this to my friend (also Eric) who's known as a LC guru. Here was his response:

"It does look like a FJ80 radiator. It should not have an aluminum fan. The factory fans were plastic from the mid 70s to current. I have an FJ62 radiator and a FJ80 radiator in the shop. I'll pull them out this afternoon and take a photo of them side by side. Was the 62 radiator ordered shorter width wise? 1990 was a transition year. Really there are not very many 1990 FJ62s as they started producing the FJ80 in 5/90 although I've heard of some mystery trucks being as early as 3/90 for the 1991 model FJ80. It is possible that they did something in a transition year using the next generation's parts. I think the FJ62 radiators actually have a threaded male input for the tranny lines. I know the lines screw into the radiator versus on the 80 series they have removable barbs that stick out with clamps over the hoses. Anyway, I hope this helps"
