All the dirty stuff is in the old garage, no worries. The new space is more man cave - hang out than work space. When the new garage was built I took the opportunity to replace the garage doors on the attached garage so they would match the new detached garage and had one bay installed with a high lift track/opener so as to accommodate a lift in the future.
