It's almost the exact same on the FJ62. Remove the EGR and cap the hole in the intake and exhaust manifold, remove the air pump, remove the cat. It also greatly simplifies the vacuum lines in the engine bay and makes the engine easier to work on.

Note that the bbs in the line are to disable the EGR (vs remove) and hide the desmog from the smog nazis. I just removed everything, which I would highly recommend.
