True, though with the ability to use the touchpoint or a Bluetooth mouse + full screen RDP, you can get 95% there. I haven't seen how exactly yet, but have read that TSRemoteApp might work, which would just push the window of things like QuickBooks to you.
The Surface falls all apart without Wifi, but I think that's normal for almost anything now.
