I would suggest that you pay for a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) from a reputable Porsche shop. It can save you a lot of money, if you buy one that has been poorly maintained or has a major problem you will forever kick yourself for not spending the $$ to have someone knowledgable look at the car.
The price seems okay but for most of these cars condition, maintenance, and options really determine what the value is.
