here are a couple of links from you tube if you are a DIY man. BTW you need to change them now or they will mess up the rotors. I am 71 never did a brake job before and I found it pretty easy to do myself.

To remove the pads you have to remove the calipers to first remove the vibration dampers along with the pads. Some trackers take them out and throw them along with the brake sensor wires. Hopefully your car is not one of those cars. remove the vibration dampers with a 1 inch wood chisel and use them again. They will stick hard on the new pads the first time you brake. Sensor wires are easy to install.
