Years ago when prices were really high I went out to "open" the cottage for the summer to find out someone had cut out all the plumbing??? Sure seems like a bunch of work for your return!!! I hope they don't come steal all that fancy PEX plumbing under there now!!! (Actually...I kept the 911, she got the cottage so why do I care anymore!!
