Probably the pasta dish, I have drank some pretty old tea and have never had issues.

I hate to waste food, last week my freezer tripped a breaker so by the time I realized it all the food had defrosted I fired up the grill and cooked everything then froze it again. No issues yet (knock, knock, knock). I tested the burgers on the kids and they seem fine.

Sickest I have ever been was a combination of fried clams and car sickness it was in the back of my dads V/W on a family trip in 1976, going back home to New York from a fair in Massachusetts or Maine, Seals and Crofts on the 8 track, windows open, luckily my dad would stop frequently as we were all sick.
