My worst to date was due to a post-dated salami sandwich on a TWA flight (I guess this gives you an idea of the time frame). We landed, and I ran for the airport restroom. It was not pretty. Having to choose which orifice gets aimed at the toilet is not a decision to take lightly.
The limo driver (airport-->home) is probably still cursing his dispatcher to this day.
Sleep and fluids are about all you can do.
