There must be something in the air, my boss came into my office first thing this morning (which he never does) and gave me one too. It's piddly compared to your 10% but I'll take an extra 2.4% anytime.

BTW a couple weeks ago I mentioned that I applied for a job at corporate in San Antonio (that I had no chance to get, masters ME req.).
I wonder if this off the wall "peformance-based adjustment" had anything to do with that?
