A place with a garage is mandatory, wife knows to not even look at a place without one. How important is the heated part? It actually seems like most places don't even have a garage at all. How common is it for them to be heated? Should I stick a space heater out there?
I like to do as much as I can on my own car, but I'm a novice. Looking forward to having a garage so I can do more myself.
