I life in socal right now and I hardly ever leave the house. I like being indoors I guess.
Compared to where I am now, I'm sure real estate will be cheaper. I'd prefer a nice long commute in the porsche and have acres away from the city.
My wife is a sahm, she can do that anywhere!
