It came out totally clean in every way I checked, so I have decided to take the boat and try to restore it. It actually wasnt too bad, it sunk aft down, so the engines are shot but the electrical seems ok.
I do appreciate your help with these questions, since they are very hard to figure out when you dont live in the US.
