I just put a rocker panel on my 2500 HD. I sold it , and fixing the rocker was part of the deal. Today, For the first time, I tried Fusor. Man, I'm sold. This probably saved me 8 hours of welding, and grinding, and it worked like a charm.
I think if you had a tricky panel that you had to beat, and weld into shape, this may not be the way to go, but for basic panel replacement, it was almost too easy. I hear they say that it is stronger than spot welding also.
Threw in a few pics just to keep it interesting.
Since we are talking body work already, do you guys normally store your spray guns dry, or with a little solvent in them?
