we do not stick build much here in hurricane country
and already part burned too
I never had a mortgage or PMI myself
as I buy for cash or don't buy it
I suspect BoA did not make that loan but bought a failed bank/loan CORP's
as I have tryed several branches and their main mortgage office too
and it is not on their computer ''books''
