As others mentioned above, try changing the DNS settings in your router just for S & G's. I had a similar issue with another tecnical forum and this fixed it.
Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
You'll log-in to your router and make the changes there. Your router and cable "modem" may be one in the same.
Edit: Oops...just re-read your post re: DLink router. Make changes there.
